Rabobank – Animation
Bringing the annual report to life
Rabobank is a Dutch multinational banking and financial services company. We were asked to summarize Rabobank’s latest innovation projects in a brief animation. We see our main characters planting a seed, which is inspired by Rabobank’s history of having roots as an agricultural bank. The animation is illustrated in an inviting and friendly style, suitable for different audiences.
We follow the main character with his granddaughter. The planting of the seed symbolises growth and the future, a simple metaphor that doesn’t need further explanation. The seed grows into a tree where different scenes are displayed on the branches, finally showing the outcomes of the annual report.
